Without prejudice to the possibility of recourse to Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, whenever consumer disputes related to contracting carried out exclusively through an online platform (via the Internet) are at stake, they can be resolved through the European Platform Online Dispute Resolution managed by the European Commission and free to use, available at:
