Return and exchange policy

You can return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can only be returned for refund if they are unopened, unused and in resalable condition, with all tamper-evident seals, packaging and any cellophane intact. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 15 days, beginning the day after the day you received the product.

Please be sure to also return any free gifts associated with your return items or related order. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the value of the free gift from your refund.

We recommend that a photograph be taken of the item before returning it if you are concerned about damage during the return trip.

Please note that we do not accept returns on personalized products.

If you do not have your packing slip or invoice, please include an explanatory note mentioning your order number, which begins with FN and the reason for the return.

For orders with Palpasa, you will receive an email confirmation and regular email updates as your returns reach us.
Your refund will be processed as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse and within 3 working days of its return. Refunds may take up to 1 week to appear in your account; This is due to the time it takes some banks to process the payment.

We will refund you using the same payment method you used to place your original order (for example, if you paid by PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account).

If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we reserve the right not to accept orders from customers with unusual or suspicious return behavior.
