Our teams are working as quickly and safely as possible to get your order to you. We have implemented all recommended measures, as well as additional safeguards, to promote a safe and productive environment for our employees in our distribution centers. In some cases, for social distancing requirements, these health and safety precautions result in fewer people processing orders at the same time than normal. With this in mind, deliveries can take 4 to 5 business days to be dispatched. We appreciate your continued patience at this time.
DELIVERING YOUR ORDER
Our carriers are also taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their drivers and our customers by operating a delivery service free contact so you are not required to sign for any order that is delivered. We will also continue to send email notifications after shipping to confirm delivery information.

We will continue to deliver your favorite beauty essentials as quickly and safely as possible and this new stock continues to arrive daily. We face some challenges with delivery to some countries outside of Portugal, Norway, Sweden and you can find the most up-to-date global delivery information in the table further down on this page.

So we can focus on To ensure your orders are delivered as quickly as possible, we have temporarily paused some of our services until further notice. Affected services include gift wrapping, personalization, and all samples including checkout, Pick & Mix, Try Me, and Beauty Kit samples. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please bear with us while we focus on shipping your orders priorities for you.
