Return and exchange policy
You can return your items if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Items can only be returned for refund if they are not opened, unused and in resale condition, with all tamper-proof seals, packaging and any intact cellophane. You must notify us in writing that you are returning your purchase within 15 days, starting the day after the day you received the product.
Be sure to also return any free gifts associated with your return items or related order. If the free gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the free gift amount from your refund.
We recommend that a photograph be taken of the item before returning it if you are concerned about damage during the return trip.
Please note that we do not accept returns for custom products.
If you don't have your packing slip or invoice, include an explanatory note mentioning your order number, which begins with FN and the reason for the return.
To Orderwith Palpasa, you will receive an email confirmation and regular email updates as your returns reach us.
Your refund will be processed as soon as it is delivered to our warehouse and within 3 business days after your return. Refunds can take up to 1 week to appear in your account; this is due to the time it takes some banks to process the payment.
We will refund you by the same payment method used to place the original order (for example, if you paid for PayPal, we will refund your PayPal).
If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will be happy to assist you.

Please note that we reserve the right not to accept Ordercustomers with unusual or suspicious return behavior.
