What does “3-motor electric facial bed” mean?
A 3-motor electric facial bed usually allows electric adjustment of height, backrest, and leg/seat position. This gives better comfort for clients and easier positioning for estheticians and technicians.
What services are spa and facial beds suitable for?

What is the weight capacity of your beds and chairs?

Shipping & Freight Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on whether the item is in stock, made-to-order, or shipped by freight. Small items may ship faster, while large furniture may require extra handling time.
How are large salon furniture items delivered?
Large items such as spa beds, shampoo backwash units, pedicure chairs, and reception desks are usually shipped by freight carrier.
What does curbside freight delivery mean?
Curbside delivery means the freight carrier delivers the item to the curb or driveway at the delivery address. It does not usually include bringing the item inside, upstairs, unpacking, assembly, or installation.
Can I request inside delivery or liftgate service?

Do I need to be present for freight delivery?
Yes. For freight deliveries, someone must usually be available to inspect and sign for the shipment.
What should I do before signing for delivery?
Inspect the packaging carefully. If there is visible damage, write “damaged” on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us immediately. Do not discard packaging until the issue is resolved.
