Return Policy
At Palpasaonline, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order, especially for large salon furniture, spa beds, shampoo stations, manicure tables, pedicure chairs, and other bulky equipment.
Return Eligibility
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unassembled
- Uninstalled
- In original packaging
- In resellable condition
- Complete with all parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging materials
Items that have been used, assembled, installed, modified, damaged, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-order items
- Special-order items
- Clearance or final sale items
- Used, assembled, or installed furniture
- Items with missing parts or packaging
- Products damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or improper installation
- Plumbing or electrical products after installation
- Personal care or hygiene-related accessories once opened or used
Large Furniture & Freight Returns
Large items such as spa beds, electric facial beds, shampoo stations, shampoo chairs, pedicure chairs, reception desks, and other bulky furniture may require freight return shipping.
For returns due to customer preference, ordering the wrong item, change of mind, or incorrect measurements, the customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Freight pickup charges
- Packaging costs if original packaging is unavailable
- Any carrier handling fees
- Any applicable restocking fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Restocking Fee
Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%, depending on the product type, condition, packaging, and return reason.
The restocking fee may be deducted from the refund.
Damaged Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with:
- Photos of the outer packaging
- Photos of the shipping label
- Photos of the damaged area
- Photos of the full product
- Photos of all packaging materials
- A short video showing the issue, if possible
Please keep all original packaging until the claim is resolved.
For freight deliveries: if there is visible damage to the box, pallet, or packaging, please write “damaged” on the delivery receipt before signing.
Failure to report shipping damage within the required time may affect our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a replacement.
Defective Items
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number, photos, videos, and a clear description of the issue.
After review, we may offer one of the following solutions depending on the situation:
- Replacement part
- Repair guidance
- Product exchange
- Replacement item
- Refund, if applicable
Defects caused by improper assembly, incorrect installation, misuse, overloading, water damage, electrical issues, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear are not covered.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will review the case and arrange a solution if the error is confirmed.
Please do not use, assemble, install, or discard packaging for the item.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, shipped, or assigned to a freight carrier, cancellation may not be possible.
Custom-order, special-order, made-to-order, or supplier-processed items may not be cancelled once processing has started.
Return Authorization & How to Start
Return Authorization Required: All returns must be approved before being sent back. Please contact us first to request a return authorization. Returns sent without approval may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return: To request a return, visit our Contact Us page. Please include:
- Your order number
- Product name
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Whether the item has been used, assembled, or installed
Once your request is reviewed, we will provide return instructions if the return is approved.
Return Shipping, Refunds & Exchanges
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for securely packing the item for return. Returned items must arrive safely and in resellable condition. We are not responsible for items damaged during return shipping due to poor packaging. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account. Shipping fees, freight charges, handling fees, and restocking fees may be deducted where applicable.
Exchanges: Exchanges may be available depending on product availability and item condition. If you want to exchange an item, please contact us before returning the original product.
Important Note for Salon Furniture
Before ordering large salon furniture, please carefully check:
- Product dimensions
- Doorway and hallway access
- Room layout
- Plumbing and electrical requirements
- Weight capacity
- Color and material
- Delivery access for freight trucks
Returns due to wrong measurements, lack of access, color preference, or incompatibility with your salon setup may be treated as customer-choice returns and may be subject to return shipping and restocking fees.
