At Palpasaonline, we are committed to delivering professional salon, spa, and beauty furniture safely and efficiently across the United States. We ship a wide range of products, including spa beds, electric facial beds, shampoo stations, manicure tables, pedicure chairs, and other salon equipment.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability, item size, warehouse location, and carrier scheduling.

Most orders begin processing within 1–3 business days. Large furniture, freight items, or special-order products may require additional processing time.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by product type, shipping method, and destination.

Smaller items may arrive within approx. 2–3 business days after shipment. Larger furniture and freight items may take approx. 7–14 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific expedited service has been confirmed in writing.

Shipping Methods & Freight Delivery

We use trusted shipping partners to deliver orders. Smaller items ship via parcel carriers. Large, heavy, or bulky products (spa beds, backwash units, pedicure chairs) ship by freight carrier.

Freight delivery is typically curbside, meaning the carrier delivers the item to the curb, driveway, or accessible delivery point. Standard freight does not include inside delivery, upstairs delivery, assembly, or removal of packaging.

If you require liftgate service, inside delivery, appointment delivery, or white-glove delivery, please contact us before placing your order. Additional fees may apply.

Inspecting Your Delivery

Please inspect your shipment carefully before signing the delivery receipt. If the package has visible damage, note the damage on the receipt, take clear photos, and contact us immediately.

If damage is discovered after opening, contact us within 24–48 hours and keep all original packaging. Please provide photos of:

  • The outer packaging
  • The shipping label
  • The damaged area
  • The full product
  • Any inner packaging material

Address & Restrictions

Customers must provide an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by incorrect info. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or missed appointment, additional fees apply.

We currently ship within the U.S. Extra charges may apply for:

  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. Territories
  • Remote or limited-access areas
  • Trade shows, storage units, or construction sites

Tracking, Delays & Installation

Tracking & Split Shipments: Orders with multiple items may ship separately. Tracking info will be emailed. For freight, the carrier may contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.

Delays: Delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or freight scheduling. We are not responsible for carrier delays after shipment.

Installation: Products are sold as equipment only. Assembly, plumbing, and electrical work are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend a licensed plumber/electrician for items requiring water or power connections.
