  • Large freight deliveries may have fewer tracking updates than parcel shipments.
  • Orders with multiple items may ship separately and arrive at different times.

Freight and curbside delivery

Large products may be delivered by freight carrier. Standard freight delivery is usually curbside, meaning the carrier delivers to the curb, driveway, or accessible delivery point. It does not normally include inside delivery, upstairs delivery, assembly, installation, unpacking, or packaging removal.

Delivery inspection

Customers must inspect deliveries immediately. If there is visible damage to the box, pallet, or product, note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us as soon as possible.

5. Returns, Exchanges, Damage Claims & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, and damage claims are subject to our Returns Policy and any product-specific conditions shown on the product page.

Return eligibility

Large furniture returns

Large furniture returns may require freight shipping. For customer-choice returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping, freight pickup fees, handling fees, packaging costs, and any applicable restocking fee.

Damage claims

Damage must be reported promptly with clear photos and videos of the packaging, shipping label, damaged area, full product, and packaging materials. Failure to report damage on time may affect the ability to file a carrier claim or provide a solution.

6. Assembly, Installation & Professional Setup

Unless specifically stated, products are sold as furniture and equipment only. Assembly, installation, plumbing, electrical work, mounting, room preparation, and professional setup are the customer’s responsibility.

Professional installation

For shampoo stations, shampoo beds, backwash units, pedicure chairs, plumbing-related products, electrical products, or heavy equipment, we recommend using qualified professionals according to local building, plumbing, and electrical requirements.

  • Incorrect installation may cause damage, leaks, electrical issues, or safety risks.
  • Installation costs are not included unless clearly stated.

  • We are not responsible for issues caused by improper installation, misuse, overloading, or unauthorized modification.

7. Business Customers & Bulk Orders

Business customers, salons, spas, med spas, clinics, distributors, resellers, and bulk buyers should contact us before placing large or multi-item orders if they need quotation support, product guidance, shipping clarification, or availability checks.

Business quotations

Business quotes, bulk pricing, or package offers are not guaranteed and may depend on product type, quantity, supplier availability, shipping location, and order conditions.

Business responsibility

Business buyers are responsible for confirming that selected products fit their space, services, customer needs, local requirements, commercial use, installation needs, and delivery access.

For business orders, send product names or links, quantities, delivery city/state/ZIP code, business type, and desired timeline to help us review your request faster.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Palpasa Online is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business-related losses arising from the use of our website, products, delivery delays, installation issues, product misuse, or inability to use a product.

This may include, but is not limited to, loss of revenue, business interruption, appointment cancellation, installation costs, contractor costs, renovation delays, or replacement labor costs.
